The Memphis Grizzlies’ season is hitting its half-way point with a game against the Milwaukee Bucks. They’ll look to finish off the year on a good note, and so far, things have gone well already for this team. Win or loss against the Bucks, they’ve come to a great finish during the first half of the year.

They’ve managed to stay near .500 without one of their key players in Jaren Jackson Jr. They didn’t just survive though, they showed multiple strong teams that they are a threat in this league. We saw their potential fly through the roof in wins against the Clippers, Rockets and Nets.

But with an early NBA All-Star break this year, they’ve got a lot of basketball ahead of them. In fact, with the early absences of Jackson Jr., Ja Morant and Justise Winslow, this team could have an entirely different look during the second half of the year.

A new-look Memphis Grizzlies lineup will try to keep winning games

The lineup will be revamped and improved, trying to capitalize on a young team that has already consistently been beating healthy teams.

There are a few questions that remain, but the Taylor Jenkins and his Grizzlies team will be looking to make a playoff push. With the season they’ve had so far, anything less than that would be a disappointment.

So it’s crunch time. This Grizzlies team needs to officially enter playoff mode and get in the zone. Every game from this point on should be a dogfight for a playoff spot.

Here are 5 storylines to watch for the Memphis Grizzlies after the All-Star break.
