Memphis Grizzlies basketball won’t be back until Jaren Jackson Jr. returns

As I’ve said, this team is almost there. They’re extremely competitive in games against strong NBA teams, but they just haven’t seemed to put it all together yet.

That’s where Jaren Jackson Jr. will come into play. I don’t have to go into much detail on his specific contributions, we know what he can do on the court. Rather, his value to this team will never be higher.

Yes, it may take him a while to settle in, but once he shakes the rust off, he could elevate this team to the next level. With JJJ, this team could be as competitive as anybody in a tough Western Conference.

Considering the success that this squad has seen without him, the Grizzlies should be beating anybody in the league upon his return. That being said, it’s not that simple.

dark. Next. Justise Winslow has made a huge defensive impact

In all likelihood, this team’s lack of experience will catch up to them, but we can rest easy knowing that the Grizz have a chance in any game, series, or matchup, even with the second-youngest roster in the league.
