The Memphis Grizzlies bounced back against a strong Miami Heat team on Wednesday night. They’ll look to get on a roll against a menacing Golden State Warriors team.

After a tailbone injury suffered in the Warriors’ last game, Stephen Curry is listed as doubtful to play against the Grizzlies.

Regardless, this is a really strong Warriors team that cannot be taken lightly, even without their star player. The Grizzlies are coming off of a strong defensive performance, so they’ll look to slow down a team without its leading scorer.

Will the Memphis Grizzlies get their second straight win? Our staff weighs in.

Jack Williams: Assuming Stephen Curry is not playing in Friday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies, I think Ja Morant and company will take care of business. The Warriors stand just ahead of the Grizz in the standings, so this is a Memphis team that will be motivated for a win. Ja Morant and Jonas Valanciunas will both have strong nights, leading this team to an important victory.

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 108, Golden State Warriors 99

Brandon Martinez: With the Warriors missing Wiseman, Paschall, and possibly Curry, there is no reason the Grizzlies should lose this game. But, it’s the Grizzlies, and we can’t be quick to forget the pathetic loss to OKC earlier this week. I still see Memphis winning tonight with ease at home in game 1 of this back-to-back series against Golden State.

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 111, Golden State Warriors 88

Caleb Anglin: The Grizzlies are coming off of a 4 point win against the Miami Heat. The Warriors have also won their last game against the Rockets by 14. I believe that De’Anthony Melton will not be able to do what he did against the Heat in the game against the Warriors. The Grizzlies will have a rough scoring night from their bench, resulting in a loss. Warriors 101 Grizzlies 92

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 92, Golden State Warriors 101
