The Memphis Grizzlies are starting to roll, having won three of their last four games. Most recently, they took care of business at home against a beat up Boston Celtics team.

On Wednesday night, the Grizzlies will leave home to face an underwhelming Oklahoma City Thunder team that gave Memphis an ugly loss just a few games ago.

This time, Taylor Jenkins’ team will look to play more stout defense. Having allowed 128 points to a Thunder team full of G-League players, that kind of defensive performance will not cut it in game 3.

If the Grizzlies are able to get the win, this will give them an edge in the season series, 2-1. For a team that has struggled to get above .500, this could be a huge game for Memphis.

Will the Memphis Grizzlies be able to win the season series? Our contributors weigh in.

Jack Williams (Site Expert): This isn’t necessarily a must-win game for the Grizzlies, but it is a should-win game. We learned that these aren’t guaranteed wins the last time Memphis played OKC, as they went home with an embarrassing loss after a 4th quarter blown lead. I think Ja Morant and the rest of the Grizzlies will take that personally and show up to play Wednesday night. The Grizzlies will win by a comfortable margin.

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 123, Oklahoma City Thunder 107

Josh Lynch: The Memphis Grizzlies should be able to come out on top against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night. The team is entering the game on the back of a strong OT win against the Celtics — a victory that will only boost their momentum heading into this match. Jonas Valanciunas has been excellent on the glass thus far, creating mismatches all over the floor. Expect him to get things going alongside Ja Morant, as they look to dominate against Mark Daigneault’s Thunder.

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 97, Oklahoma City Thunder 93

Taylor Goebel:  Both the Grizzlies and Thunder are 5-5 in their last 10 games and need to win games like these if they are to make a push for the playoffs. The Thunder are coming of a win against the Timberwolves and are led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who is averaging 23.7 ppg. The Grizzlies are the eighth best rebounding team in the NBA, led by Jonas Valanciunas, and should look to the rebound margin if they are going to get the win. I think Valanciunas will have a big game and help the Grizzlies take the dub.

Final Score: Memphis Grizzlies 112, Oklahoma City Thunder 104
