Year three of the new era is underway and spooky season is drawing to a close for the Memphis Grizzlies. So far they have had a SCARY start to the season… for the rest of the NBA that is.

The new front office has had a couple of seasons to get their players and coaches integrated into what is no longer a new system. The last two years have been considered rebuilding years with very low expectations albeit they have been blown sky-high by a year one exciting play-in exit followed by a playoff appearance last year.

The Memphis Grizzlies will be attempting to live up to big expectations in the 2021-22 season

There are more than a few reasons that this has been a great start, but the three biggest are here.
