Memphis Grizzlies Studs in Jan. 13 win over Minnesota
Jaren Jackson, Jr.
Trip was everywhere on the floor tonight. He recorded 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 blocks while shooting 60% from the field.
The Grizzlies are now 10-0 when Jackson records three or more blocks in a game. He has been playing some of his best basketball as a Grizzlies player.
Jaren is fast becoming a candidate to be named to the All-NBA Defensive team when this season is all said and done.
John Konchar
Jitty got jiggy with it against Minnesota, grabbing a career-high 17 rebounds. He came so close to eclipsing the franchise record for most rebounds by a player off the bench.
That record is held by Zach Randolph, who once grabbed 18 rebounds off the bench during his tenure with Memphis.
Konchar did a bit of everything. He 15 points, 17 rebounds and three assists. He knocked down a game-clinching three as well, adding to his 3 for 4 shooting night from downtown.
The Memphis Grizzlies will play the Dallas Mavericks Jan. 14 at 9 p.m. CT.
