Dallas leads the season series 2-1, with the Mavericks winning each of the past two meetings against Memphis.

Grizzlies projected starting line-up vs Dallas
With Adams and Clarke questionable, we could see a starting line-up of Ja Morant, Ziaire Williams, John Konchar, Killian Tillie and Jaren Jackson Jr. If Brandon can go he’ll likely start over Tillie. If Adams is healthy enough to go, we’ll see the same lineup used by Taylor Jenkins against Denver Jan. 21.
Memphis Grizzlies vs Dallas Mavericks Jan. 23 prediction
The Grizzlies are once against going to have to rely heavily and star players Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson, Jr. to get the win over Dallas.
Memphis has struggled against the Mavs this season, even when they were closer to full strength. Another big game from rookie Ziaire Williams is needed in order for the Grizzlies to secure the road win.
It’s a small sample size, but there is some good news for the Grizzlies: Dallas’ Luka Doncic has struggled scoring the ball during Sunday games this season.
In three Sunday games this season, Doncic is averaging just 19.7 ppg and shooting just 26% from beyond the arc.
The Grizzlies once again have an up-hill battle, but will scrap their way to another big road win.
Prediction: Grizzlies 104, Mavs 101
