The Memphis Grizzlies, with a 2-1 series lead, look to take a massive step forward in bringing this series to a close when Game 4 takes place on April 23 at 9 PM CT.

Memphis has been the talk of the NBA after erasing two separate 20-point deficits in Game 3 to earn a 104-95 victory over the suddenly floundering Timberwolves.

The Grizzlies are likely to face a huge counter-punch from Minnesota in Game 4, but deeper than that— what other storylines should you be following in this game?

Can Memphis Grizzlies avoid another flat start vs Timberwolves in Game 4?

One of the biggest obstacles the Grizzlies have faced in this playoff series has been themselves.

The team can’t seem to come out with the energy needed to match the scrappy and rabid Timberwolves and it creates an incredibly difficult deficit to overcome.

Memphis has been able to get by with this during the regular season because of the immense talent in which they employ on their roster, but they should know better than anyone— the playoffs are a whole different ballgame.

The intensity is only going to get stronger as the Grizzlies advance to the second round and beyond.
