No. 1: Memphis Grizzlies have blueprint to defeat Golden State in Game 6

The Grizzlies have a proven blueprint of how to knock off the mighty Warriors. It’s simple, straightforward, and two-pronged: patrol the paint and contain Curry.

The Warriors can’t match the size of the Grizzlies, evident by their struggles in Game 5 when they had no way of keeping Steven Adams, Jaren Jackson Jr., and Brandon Clarke off the glass.

The Grizzlies score a ton of points in the paint (even without PITP league-leader Ja Morant). They attack the basket and enjoy plenty of second-chance points created by Steven Adams.

The second part of the blueprint is limiting Steph Curry’s impact on the game, which is no easy task. Unless you’re Dillon Brooks.

Dillon “The Villian” locked-up Curry in Game 5, giving up just 8 points while he was the primary defender. In the nearly 10 minutes Curry was guarded by Brooks, Curry only took two shot attempts and turned the ball over once.

If Brooks can replicate that level of defense in Game 6, the Grizzlies are going to be in great shape. Memphis wants Golden State to beat them with someone else.
