Former Memphis Grizzlies player Kyle Anderson returns to FedExForum

One of the rare player losses from the Grizzlies’ 2022 offseason was Kyle Anderson. In free agency, he signed a 2-year, $18 million contract with the Timberwolves. This will be his first game returning to Memphis since signing that contract and selling his home to Ja Morant.

Anderson’s minutes have dropped from 21 with the Grizzlies to 18 with the Timberwolves. Of course, he is still averaging almost a steal a game to go along with five points per contest.

In the past when Jaren Jackson was injured, Taylor Jenkins would’ve started Anderson in his place without giving it a second thought. This year, however, they haven’t missed him in the lineup as much as many thought.

Even though the Grizzlies have been just fine without him, it won’t keep the players from catching up with their old teammate before and after the game. I can’t wait to see this former Memphis Grizzlies player back in his element inside FedEx Forum.
