Grizzlies trade target No. 2) Bojan Bogdanovic

Though he may not be much of a defensive contributor like his fellow Pistons teammate Alec Burks, Bojan Bogdanovic is easily the superior offensive talent which, despite having guys like Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, and Jaren Jackson Jr., is something the Grizzlies could certainly use more of, especially within their second unit rotation.

Surprisingly, the 11-ranked Memphis offense rolled out a bench squad that ranked a middling 15 in both offensive rating (56.3) and points per game (34.8), with their top scoring option of the bunch being Luke Kennard (11.3 points per night).

Adding a proven commodity like Bojan Bogdanovic to their arsenal could prove to do wonders for their collective production on the more glamorous side of the ball.

Over the last five seasons, the 34-year-old has averaged 18.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while shooting an incredibly respectable 46.6 percent from the field and 40.4 percent from deep.

Last season proved to arguably be the best of his nine-year NBA career, as he finished off the campaign with a whopping 21.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while shooting 48.8 percent from the field and 41.1 percent from distance.

A crafty scoring threat who can play both on and off ball, Bogdanovic’s services would be best suited for a legitimate contender rather than on the youth-movement Pistons.

For the right price, he could prove to be the perfect sixth man for this hungry Grizzlies team.
