The Memphis Grizzlies are playing their fifth game of the summer after taking part in the Salt Lake City Summer League last week.

Memphis already won its Las Vegas Summer League opener against the Chicago Bulls, and the team is an impressive 3-1 so far this summer.

Kenny Lofton Jr. and company take on the Cleveland Cavaliers and former top high school recruit Emoni Bates on Monday night.

Bates and the Cavs are 2-0 in the Las Vegas Summer League, beating the Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors. The team’s win over Toronto on Sunday was a blowout where Isaiah Mobley led the way with 15 points.

Cleveland has scored 200 points in two games in Vegas, but can it keep up that offensive prowess against a Memphis team that is loaded with NBA talent?

Here are the latest odds and my best bet for Monday’s Summer League showdown:

Grizzlies vs. Cavaliers prediction and pick

Memphis really has a loaded roster this summer with Lofton Jr., David Roddy, Jake LaRavia and Vince Williams all participating in Summer League. That’s four NBA-level players and draft picks that should have an edge on a lot of the fringe players in Las Vegas.

While Cleveland has really scored the ball at a high rate the last two games, this is by far the toughest matchup for the team this summer.

Mobley, Bates, Sam Merrill and Sharife Cooper have led the way for the Cavs, but Cooper took a big step back after a 27-point game against Brooklyn, finishing with just eight on Sunday.

I do think the back-to-back for Cleveland could play a role in the Grizzlies’ favor as well in this matchup.

Memphis has a pretty deep roster for a Summer League team, and it should be able to outclass the Cavs’ starters that have played well so far in Vegas.

I feel comfortable laying the points with the Grizz since they have won two of their last three games by seven or more points.

Pick: Grizzlies -4.5 (-110)
