3 Grizzlies that could easily be traded ahead of February 8 deadline
By Mark Nilon
For months now, fans and media pundits alike have been pleading with the Memphis Grizzlies to consider making some sort of shakeup to their current collection of talent.
Though they were quite active during this past offseason, even going as far as to trade first-round draft capital for the likes of veteran Marcus Smart, through nearly three months of action its become quite apparent that work still needs to be done for the club to establish themselves as a legitimate playoff threat, especially considering they're currently ranked as the 13 seed in the west standings.
With the fact that Memphis still seems interested in pursuing their fourth-consecutive postseason berth despite their lowly 13-23 record, many believe that GM Zach Kleiman and company should look to establish themselves as active participants during this year's trade season to bolster coach Taylor Jenkins' main rotation.
Of course, to make a move for outsourced talents, the Grizzlies must be willing to part ways with assets of their own, and, when it comes to the trade market, often the most common form of fodder is currently active players.

Looking at the club's current assortment of ballers, it goes without saying that they have several untouchables in tow, with the likes of Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, and Jaren Jackson Jr. headlining this category.
However, aside from them, there are a plethora of individuals who should be considered available for the taking, and, amongst the bunch, there are a few, in particular, who should be viewed as likely candidates to be shipped outbound should a deal wind up being executed.
