3. John Konchar

Of all the Grizzlies players that could potentially be dealt away during this year's trade season, John Konchar has arguably been the one who has received the most amount of attention within the rumor mill in 2023-24.

Back in late November, reports surfaced stating that several title-hopeful teams such as the Boston Celtics, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Lakers have "kept tabs" on the 27-year-old's availability and, considering his particular skill set, it's easy to see why.

Somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades brand of player, despite his lack of usage within coach Jenkins' rotation this season Konchar is someone who can provide a team with quite a few services as he's a wing who can score both inside and out and can regularly guard positions from the two down to the four.

A career 36.7 percent shooter from distance with a defensive box plus-minus of 1.9, Konchar has the makings of being a steady plug-and-play, two-three hybrid for a readymade contender and, with his expiring contract with a salary of only $2.4 million it shouldn't be shocking if he's seen donning new threads once February rolls around.
