Though the Memphis Grizzlies have not seen a lick of NBA action since their 2023-24 campaign came to an end last month, many of their players are still invested in the league's current happenings, especially when it comes to this year's postseason.

Sunday, the association will see two Game 7 matchups involving the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers for the early slate and the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets later on and, when it comes to the latter, Ja Morant appears to be rather invested in one of the affairs top-billed talents.

Following the T-Wolves' commanding victory over Denver Friday night, star guard Anthony Edwards took to social media to post a triumphant photo of himself from the contest, accompanied by the caption "9 More," which refers to the number of wins it will take for the club to theoretically journey to and win the NBA Finals.

Found sliding into the posts' comment section was Morant, who left a rather cryptic message of the foot print emoji, likely suggesting that the 22-year-old is heading in the right direction.

Both Morant and Edwards are tabbed as two of the game's most popular and overall talented young stars and, when healthy, are found frequently mentioned in the conversation for "face of the league."

Of late, however, many have gone about and have held heated discussions concerning who among the duo is the superior player, with some recently citing the Grizzlies star's lacking availability this past season due to off-court issues and injury woes as reasons for why the Wolves stud deserves the edge in such debates.

However, regardless of each fanbase's desire to pin them against each other, based on the Grizzlies cornerstone's latest social media activity, it would appear that there is no bad blood between the two superstars.
