Based on recent rumblings, the Memphis Grizzlies seem to be hell-bent on pursuing one particular prospect during the upcoming 2024 NBA Draft in UConn center, Donovan Clingan.

With his impressive 7-foot-2, 280-pound build combined with his shot-swatting and board-gobbling skill set, along with his continually improving shooting stroke, it should come as no surprise that many in the know across the association believe the 20-year-old to be "at the top of their wish list."

Unfortunately for them, however, Zach Kleiman and company aren't the only front office in the NBA that view Clingan in such high regard, and, with their current standing as the ninth overall selection in next Wednesday's festivities, there's growing fear that they may be at a serious disadvantage when it comes to the chase to snatch up his services.

Non-Donovan Clingan NBA Draft prospects Grizzlies should monitor

Though there are reports that the Grizzlies are looking into potentially making their way up the draft board, with Michael Scotto of HoopsHype revealing that the Rockets, in particular, are willing to move their No. 3 pick for the right price, considering the fact that the owners of the first overall pick, the Atlanta Hawks, have shown interest in possibly scooping up Clingan, even sliding into the top-three in the draft order may not guarantee the club the opportunity to scoop up their guy.

Because of this, Memphis must be looking into pivot options in the event that they lose out on selecting Clingan, and there are a few prospects, in particular, who deserve to be on their radar.
