Worst Case Scenario

The worst case scenario for Memphis would simple be that Iguodala is not traded at all.

Per reports, Iguodala and the Grizzlies have a small list of agreed upon teams that would work for a trade, and if Iguodala isn’t traded by Thursday, it sounds like he’s going to be sitting out the rest of the season:

The worst part about this is that Iguodala could actually be a big help for the Grizzlies’ rotation. He’d be a nice addition to our offensive system, and he’d be a way to take defensive pressure off of Jaren Jackson Jr. and Ja Morant.

However, all chances of saving this relationship seem to be gone already. if not because of Iguodala’s lack of play, then because of Morant’s and Dillon Brook’s comments on him.

But on this topic, what happens in this worst case scenario? What happens if Iguodala is still on the Grizzlies at 3:01 p.m. on Thursday?
