3. P.J. Dozier

In his third season in the NBA, P.J. Dozier found himself playing in a pivotal Western Conference Finals game in the 2020 playoffs.

Looking at Dozier’s box scores, you might think that Dozier does not make too much of an impact on the game. He had to sit behind a loaded bench for the Denver Nuggets, with the likes of Michael Porter Jr., Jamal Murray and Monte Morris.

Dozier stands at 6’6″ at the point guard position, which is a good trait to have in today’s NBA. Dozier still has improvements and steps to take in his offensive game, but as shown in the playoffs he shows flashes of being a true two-way player.

Dozier uses his athleticism to get to the basket and is a capable finisher as he shot 55 percent from within five feet of the basket. The Grizzlies could use him as a change-of-pace guard that can also guard multiple positions.
