If you have recently become a Grizzlies fan, these jerseys may look familiar to you. This season, the Grizzlies released classic uniforms which pay homage to these uniforms, which were created when the Grizzlies relocated to Memphis in 2001.

These jerseys were some of the more interesting jerseys in the NBA and they deserve recognition for this design. The sleek black is complimented well by blue and red side stripes and lettering outlines. They give off an almost glitch-like effect and are pleasing to the eye.

Not to mention, these were also worn by Memphis legends Shane Battier and Pau Gasol.

The team’s previous uniforms were created very similarly to these when the team was stationed in Vancouver, but for the Grizzlies to carry these jerseys to Memphis, they were very clearly some of the nicest jerseys in the NBA with such a simple concept.

Everything with this uniform fits perfectly and it started off the Grizzlies’ relocation to Memphis on the right foot, making this number four on the list.
