The Memphis Grizzlies are rolling as of late. They’ll be feeling great, coming off of a win against a talented Washington Wizards team. The Wizards may not have the best record, but it’s still a solid win for Taylor Jenkins’ squad.

In the past few weeks, the Grizzlies’ performances have been up and down, but they’ve played great basketball in three of their last four outings. If they can make it four out of five, this team will be in great position for the return of Jaren Jackson Jr.

But they won’t have it easy. They’ll come up against the Milwaukee Bucks, a team with one of the best records in the league. Giannis Antetokounmpo and company will look to maintain their status as an NBA powerhouse by coming to Memphis and handing the Grizz a big loss.

The Greek freak averages over 29 points and 11 rebounds per game, so stopping him will be a must. In recent games, the Grizzlies have done a strong job stopping superstars, holding Bradley Beal, Paul George, and other stars to relatively quiet games in their matchups.

Will the Memphis Grizzlies be able to get one of their strongest wins of the year? Our staff weighs in.

Jack Williams: The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the best teams in the league with arguably the best player in the league in Giannis Antetokounmpo. They’re coming off of a brutal loss to the Nuggets, so look for them to come into this game fired up. Hopefully, Taylor Jenkins can create a gameplan to slow down the Greek freak and open up some space for the Memphis Grizzlies to create offense. I think the Grizzlies will take advantage of a vulnerable Bucks team and secure a crucial win as they head into the NBA All-Star break.

Final Score: Grizzlies 112, Bucks 103

Brandon Martinez: The Bucks are looking to break a 3-game road losing skid the Grizzlies today, while the Grizz try to pick up another big win against a big-time team. Unfortunately for the Grizzlies, while the Bucks struggled in their last few away games, with Slo-Mo most likely out, I can’t see them stopping Giannis and Kris Middleton, along with the rest of the team’s shooting ability.

Final Score: Grizzlies 107, Bucks 119

Justin Churchill: The Memphis Grizzlies showed out against a red hot Wizards team in the nation’s capitol. Now, they have the task of attempting to shut down the Bucks. Milwaukee has won five of their last six after a 31-point loss to the Nuggets on Tuesday. The Grizzlies will find a way to keep the Bucks under control and get the win.

Final Score: Grizzlies 113, Bucks 110

Taylor Goebel: The Memphis Grizzlies are coming off back-to-back wins and have a steep task ahead of them. They host the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night, who are currently on a 3-game road losing streak that they hope to break. The Grizzlies are still without forward Jaren Jackson Jr. and also lost Grayson Allen to concussion protocols recently. The Bucks are current 3rd in the East and are lead by back-to-back MVP winner Giannis Antetokounmpo. Unfortunately, I think the Bucks will handle the Grizzlies because of Giannis’ dominant play.

Final Score: Grizzlies 116, Milwaukee 132
