Memphis Grizzlies Starting PG: Ja Morant

This slide almost feels completely redundant, as Ja Morant will be this team’s starter for as long as he is on the roster. He’d have to have one of the most unexpected regressions or terrible injuries in the world to lose that spot.

The Grizzlies’ franchise player averaged over 19 points last season and will look to increase that total in 2021 after an explosive playoff series. Against the Jazz, the future of Memphis dropped a 30-point average, letting the entire NBA know that he had arrived.

Memphis Grizzlies Starting PF: Jaren Jackson Jr.

Jaren Jackson Jr. is the next player that won’t surprise a single person when he is listed in next season’s starting lineup. This past season, he only started in a handful of games at the end of the season due to an injury, so he may feel like a new member of this team’s starting five.

With JJJ back in the lineup, Ja Morant will have a lot more room to work as his counterpart spaces the floor. We should see career highs out of both of these franchise players.
