The Memphis Grizzlies have a tough task ahead of them to avoid an 0-2 start against the championship-tested Golden State Warriors on May 3 at the FedEx Forum.

But, that task will be a little easier with the help of a likely sold-out home crowd for Game 2, which could help tip the scales in favor of the Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies’ creative team has produced some excellent slogans and growl towels in advance of each home playoff game this season (except for one no good, very awful, terrible slogan in the first round vs Minnesota).

The Round 2, Game 2 slogan is no exception and fans will certainly enjoy waving it proudly throughout FedEx Forum on May 3.

Memphis Grizzlies growl towel, slogan revealed for Game 2 vs Golden State

The Game 2 slogan is “Big Memphis” complete with a hand making an “M” gesture with its hand.

It echos Ja Morant throwing the gesture around after a big win at the FedEx Forum during the regular season. It’s a perfect slogan that lifelong Memphians, transplants, and fans cheering on from around the globe can get behind.

Morant, although not originally from Memphis, has embraced Memphis culture through and through. He’s actually become an institution himself, representing Memphis in national tv campaigns for Uber Eats, Nike, Body Armor, and the latest Spider-Man film.

He’s even been spotted hanging out with rappers, celebrities, and other famous athletes when he’s not on the court.

On the court, Morant has done an outstanding job of guiding his team through a tumultuous first-round series for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He had a breakout game, along with Jaren Jackson Jr. in Game 1 vs the Golden State Warriors.

With the help of a raucous FedEx Forum in Game 2, he’ll surely be up for another memorable playoff performance.
