Nets vs. Grizzlies best NBA prop bets
- Mikal Bridges UNDER 20.5 points
- Luke Kennard OVER 11.5 points
- Nets-Grizzlies 1st Half UNDER 105 points
Mikal Bridges UNDER 20.5 points
Bridges has been a bright spot for the Nets this season, averaging 21.5 points per game, and is staying in Brooklyn despite rumors around the NBA Trade Deadline.
Bridges was on fire in January, averaging 23.8 points per game, but has since cooled off and his scoring has dipped to just 19.7 points per game in Februrary. Over the last three games, the former first-round pick is just 18-of-49 shooting (36.7%) and 7-of-27 from beyond the arc.
Bridges and the Nets have been held to just 88.3 points per game over the last three contests and will face a Memphis squad that is No. 10 in the NBA in defensive rating and No. 16 in opponents' field goal percentage.
Luke Kennard OVER 11.5 points
Kennard struggled against his former team on Friday night, scoring just 7 points on 3-of-8 shooting in the Grizzlies' 101-95 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. Prior to that performance, though, Kennard had scored in double figures in five consecutive games, hitting this number four times.
After a slow shooting start to the year, Kennard has found consistency in February, shooting 47.2% from the field. He'll get open looks against a Brooklyn defense that has allowed 119.3 points per game over its last six road contests.
Nets-Grizzlies 1st Half UNDER 105 points
These two teams are both led by its defenses and are two of the worst first-half scoring teams in the NBA. Brooklyn is 24th in the league in first-half scoring (55.3 points per game) while Memphis ranks 29th (52.5 points).
Brooklyn has started abysmal offensively in the first half in its last three games (41.6 points per game) and Memphis' defense should be able to set the tone in a low-scoring two quarters to start Monday night's contest.
