Present: Tony Allen

For me, it’s between Tony Allen and James Ennis, but I lean towards Tony. I’m in favor of bringing offense off the bench, and Tony brings a tough defensive presence to the starting lineup. With Z-Bo now the focal point off the bench, there needs to be floor-spacing around him. Tony would force teams to collapse on him.

Future: Wade Baldwin

I’m hoping for his development to come along. While spending in the D-League, he has the chance to sharpen his handle and regain his shooting form (11 percent from 3). With his intriguing mix of athleticism, length and vision, he has the potential to be a high-end starter for the Grizzlies.
