No. 9: Marc “McGregor” Gasol’s Three For the Win (Nov. 16, 2016)

I rarely scream as much at my television like I did this game. It just doesn’t get much better than a heated battle between the Grizzlies and Clippers.

This game was an important – and sadly the last – chapter in the Grizzlies-Clippers rivalry. Though they eventually came back to earth, the Clippers had the best record in the league at 10-1 entering this game. For a team that was struggling to find its identity at the time, this was a defining win for the Grizzlies.

However, there are game-winners, and then there are spectacles like the gift Marc Gasol gave to us. It wasn’t enough to hit the game winning three pointer. No, he just had to strut like Connor McGregor right after hitting it.

Say it for us one more time, Marc.
