1. Tyus Jones: Working on his comedy act

Ok, ok, maybe I talk about Tyus Jones a little more than the average NBA writer. (Ok, a LOT more.) But in my defense, I like him.

Jones has always been a consistent playmaker, and more importantly, he’s always felt like one of those glue guys. Somebody who fits nicely into the team’s system, and bring everybody a little closer together.

Then again, judging by his recent Twitter activity, all of that could just be speculation.

During this hiatus, Jones has kept spirits up by taking some mild shots at his teammates over Twitter, and working on his comedy act while he’s at it.

Obviously, Jones’ remarks are all taken in good faith, as evidenced by the conversations that happen outside of his Twitter account:

Regardless of if we’ll see the valedictorian of float university throw down once the season returns, it’s clear that this young Grizzlies squad are finding their own ways to get through this hiatus, and it’s nice to see how strong their bond is.

Next. Josh Jackson: Call it a comeback. dark

If they can continue connecting like this over Twitter, not only will there be something for Memphis fans to watch during the break, but when the season resumes, the Grizzlies could have the best chemistry in the NBA.
