Memphis Grizzlies SG: Dillon Brooks

You have to stick with Dillon Brooks at this point in the season, although I do think there may be some changes at this spot later in the year. Brooks is a reliable player who has improved in almost every facet of the game.

His scoring has gone down a touch since last year, but he has been a significantly better defender and is part of the reason why this Grizzlies team will be nearly impossible to score against with Jaren Jackson Jr. back in the lineup.

Brooks may actually be the worst player in the starting lineup once JJJ returns. That’s that’s not a knock at him, just a testament to how powerful this team is. If your weak link can play at his level, things are going to look pretty good for your team.

He’ll have to be careful though, as he has rookie Desmond Bane breathing down his neck as we kick off the second half of the season. The shooting guard position could get interesting down the stretch for this team.
