Memphis Grizzlies SF: Kyle Anderson

How do you not love Kyle Anderson? The player we call “Slow-Mo” is one of the most likable guys in the league. Even though his jump shot can cause eye damage to spectators, he’s one of the more fun guys to watch in the NBA.

He does just about everything right for the Grizz. He can shoot at a solid clip, take the ball to the rack, play strong defense, and lead this team.  He’s such a unique player, giving an entirely new definition to “sneaky good.” He’s the type of guy that teams will under-prepare for and live to regret.

We saw this in a game last month where he dropped 20 points, 5 assists, 5 steals, 5 rebounds, and a block. This rare and coveted stat line is known by most as the “quadruple half-double.” It was one of the most complete games from a Memphis Grizzlies player in recent memory.

If he can continue to do his thing, he should only become more efficient with JJJ back in the lineup. Expect big things out of this guy, as he is one of the most consistent players on this team.
