Through 16 games played in 2023-24, it's evident that the Memphis Grizzlies are producing nowhere near what preseason expectations were.

From their slew of key player injuries to the underwhelming production from many of their actually active participants, the reigning Southwest Division Champions find themselves boasting a putrid record of 3-13 and are currently tied for the second-worst mark in the entire association.

Despite their lowly success rate and the lack of confidence from many pundits and spectators alike, however, with 66 outings remaining on the docket there's still a realistic possibility that with health on their side along with a few slight adjustments from the coaching staff, they can turn things around by the time game 82 comes along.

Though the former is something that is slated to come only with time, the latter is an area that could be addressed as soon as Wednesday night's bout against the Utah Jazz.

Players the Grizzlies should consider inserting into starting lineup

As a result of the club's bevy of player absences, coach Taylor Jenkins has been forced to experiment quite often with his rotations and has constructed ten different starting lineups thus far into the year.

Considering their lackluster record, it's evident that, to this point, the headman has yet to find a primary unit that he can consistently work with to help lead them to a greater level of success.

However, there are still a few lineups he hasn't fully committed to that could be worth taking a gander at and, more specifically, there are a coupled of players that should be considered as options within the team's first-five squad.
